Systara provides operations consulting, systems implementation, AI setup and training, and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in the proposal, agreement, or written communication provided for that engagement.

Booking and Communication

When you book a call or submit your information through our website, you agree to be contacted by Systara regarding your inquiry by email or phone. Communication preferences can be updated at any time by contacting us.

SMS Terms of Service

Systara SMS Notifications is our text messaging program, used to send messages related to your inquiries, appointments, bookings, and services. By opting in to receive text messages from Systara, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive text messages from Systara related to your inquiries, appointments, and services at the phone number you provided
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider
• You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent
• To rejoin after opting out, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending messages to you

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service

Payments and Refunds

Fees for services are stated in the applicable proposal or agreement and are due according to its payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable. Any refund terms for a specific engagement will be set out in that engagement's agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Successful engagements require timely access to relevant information, systems, and personnel. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining appropriate access credentials and account security for your own business systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Systara LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables created for clients under an engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on a professional efforts basis. While we work to deliver meaningful results, business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific revenue, savings, or performance results. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systara LLC's total liability arising out of or related to any engagement or use of this website will not exceed the amounts paid to Systara for the applicable services, and Systara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
