Systara is led by Reyna Nieves. She spent more than a decade in executive administration and operations, working beside senior executives and leadership teams across healthcare, technology, and corporate organizations.
That seat showed her how businesses really run day to day: where work slips, why projects stall, and what happens when the process lives in one person's head. Today she pairs that experience with hands-on CRM, automation, and AI implementation.

Founder-led and owner-operated businesses, usually around 5 to 30 people, that are growing faster than their systems. That includes professional services, consulting firms, agencies, healthcare-adjacent administrative businesses, and established home-service companies like HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, and cleaning. We work remotely with businesses across the U.S.
Fractional Operations & AI Advisory is about how the business runs: processes, accountability, priorities, and an AI plan, with Systara guiding and overseeing the work. AI Automation & Business Systems is about building and maintaining the technology: CRM, workflows, integrations, and AI-assisted communication. Many clients start with one and add the other.
Not in the full-time executive sense. Advisory is a defined monthly engagement with strategy meetings, deliverables, and implementation oversight. It doesn't include daily staff supervision or on-call availability. If you need deeper leadership coverage, we'll scope it separately.
